illegal charges

Smartemarket.com charged my bank account $6.95 last month, 4/08. After finding the charge through online banking, I contacted the company and my bank. Smartemarket credited my account back, however, this company has no right to randomly charge unsuspecting people. BBB has been absolutely no help.

They are part of this criminal enterprise, and make their fraudulent charges under many names.

Dispute all fraudulent charges with your bank, and close the account immediately. Follow up with a written dispute to your bank.
