THEY TAKE MONEY WITHOUT PERMISSION

A few months ago I allowed my sisterinlaw to use my debit card with hughesnet just to open a billed account NO MONEYS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE TAKEN OUT OF THIS ACCOUNT. I DID NOT GIVE HUGHESNET PERMISSION TO TAKE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT.  But they did and when I called them they said that they could not refund my money I would have to get it from my sis in law.  I filed a complaint with my bank and the bank found that they did not have my permission to bill my account therefore hughesnet was required to refund my money!!!!  plus their service SUX!!!!
