Terrible dining experience

we went to red lobster in kokomo indiana on sunday 3-2-08 for my brothers birthday. there was 13 of us in our party  table 37 server leatha ck#57190
transaction #190831613.this was the worst service i have ever recieved in my life, and the food was even worse.first of all if you go to a place to eat all the time and order the same thing you know what it looks like and how it is served.the server brings my chicken apple walnut salad to me on a small
saucer size plate when i asked her what the deal was she informed me they were out of the dishes it is usually served in because they were all dirty, so i asked her to take it back because i was not going to pay 9.95 for 50 cents worth of salad. she removed it brought it back to me and informed me she had dumped it on a plate that i wanted it looked awful, so i told her again to remove it i just wouldnt eat.then when the rest of our party's food was served there was not a shrimp or lobster on the table fit to eat they were all rubbery, and hard, pasta was very dry. we will never again eat at a red lobster any where. i work at a local hospital and we order take out all the time. red lobster menu is now removed from our menu book. i highly suggest to everyone do not go to red lobster if you want good food and service

I think if you informed corporate at red lobster through the net or asked for the district manager of the restaurant especially since you have your receipt and check number they will give you gift cards for the cost of your meal.  I know I could get some action on this....

Red Lobster happens to be one of my favorite restaurants, however, I am starting to be disappointed in them.

One night my friend and I went there to eat. Her order was messed up and sent back and they didn't bring my food to me. So, mine is just sitting there getting cold and they bring hers back. I told her she should complain (b/c I don't like to complain face to face) and they offered her meal to be free but NOT mine; although I had encountered problems as well!

I have also noticed that the portions get smaller and smaller but the prices get higher and higher. And WTF is up with 'sea salt'?!? The Red Lobster I am referring to is in North Charleston, SC and they no longer serve regular salt. Or sometimes they're out of lemon. OUT OF LEMON, at a seafood place?!?!? You've got to be kidding me.

I must say, the biscuits never fail to disappoint me; that is when the waitress remembers to bring them...
