Could have ordered it myself directly from Pfaltzgraff...

I suspect that this company is not really a company at all. Basically, you order from them, then they place the order from the company. They over charge you for the merchandise to make money. I should have ordered from Pfaltzgraff myself and would have gotten better service. I still don't have my stuff from May 11, 2008.
