Harassing calls

Endless calls, for months, from this number:

 They will not stop; they claim to be calling about a car warranty extension (which would be funny, since my jalopy doesn't have a warranty). They refuse to identify themselves and hang up when I tell them I want them to stop calling. Why can't Digitcom, whose the service provider, stop this outfit?
