partial shipment

Placed an order for charms in Nov. 2007 and received a partial shipment with promise to fill remaining order.  Charged my credit card the FULL amount - got their money and continue to stonewall me in regard to filling rest of order or refund.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with.  Your experience is what everyone experiences.  Why do people put up with such bad service?  Good question!  They have charms I can't find anywhere else. But each time I order from them it is the same thing part of the order is filled and the rest goes for months without any word or idea of what is going on.  So I am done with them.  If anyone else has had a good experience with them I would like to hear about it.
