repeated calling, mo messages

WAMU keeps calling for a person who does not live at my address, and i have told that person does not live at my address, and also told not to keep calling my phone number, but the calls keep coming, early morning before 9an, and evenings around 9pm - these calls are very annoying, especially when they not even leave a message - my next step is to write to the company complaining, telling then to cease and desist

I would move forward with the cease and desist...and the request the company to provide proof of the debt you "owe."  I know you do not owe it, but it will trigger the collections department to remove the incorrect number from the account to ensure they do not report any information that is not yours based on the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

wamu sends mail to my home for my ex-wife she doesnot live here i send it back return to sender and they keep sending it anyway,i pray they will call me so i can tell them where to go!!!
