Stay away from Air Deccan

I booked a ticket on Air Deccan to New Delhi in January this year. However, upon calling to the air line to verify my ticket I found out that the flight got canceled. They offered me to fly the next morning, which I could not do due to other arrangements I already made. I decided to cancel the ticket, and book something else. I canceled the ticket and they assured me that the money would roll back within 5 days. It has been 4 months since that and I still don't have the money they promised.

I called numerous times but it's impossible to reach their refund department.  I even wrote to them, but to no avail. What should I do?
