compliaint for CD drive not working

Dear Sir,
            I had purchaged The above mention computer model on 04/09/2007 from Ashih computers,panipat.Present its CD drive not working properly i.e. After inserting the disk/cd/dvd it replies insert ur disk again.My complient is It unable to read and write any Disk.Pls rectify my system problem as early as possible R pls send ur executive to my residential address to repair my system.Contact me 09215914065.Thanking you Sir.
