fraudulent charges

11.89 Ronz Template Store 208-209-5278 CA, Reported to visa fraudulent charges, they have to change my credit card numbers, & I have to wait 7 business days for a new card, sucks, visa said they were aware of this company and working on it, whatever that means!

Me too. I see the first post of this as Jan. 2008 and they are still doing it. WERE THE HELL ARE THE LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES??? ULC put $11.89 on my card too.

When I looked at my online statement...I noticed this charge for $ 11.89 from Ronz Template Store.  I knew that I didn't use my debit card...but I thought maybe it was something that I purchased before that just barely went through...so I decided to google it to see what came up...and I found this...It amazed me to see how many people have gotten scammed by these charges.  I am currently on hold with the bank...this pisses me off!  Like I don't have anything better to do than to wait on the phone for the stupididty of other people!

Found a charge on my statement from Ronz Template Store dated 04/29 for $11.29.  This is a fraudulant charge, reported to my card co. am getting a new card no.

It seems that they are using an alias in CA.  I found out the phone number is a voice over IP by Vonage.  I called and complained to them about the scam.

It looks like all the web pages on that list are IP address 216.120.237.8, which is rented out from http://www.hostrocket.com/support.html  I also called and complained to them.  

Any other suggestions?

I also just filed a complaint with Public Domain Registry because the site contact info is invalid.

same here for 11.49 from ronz template store... reported it as a fraudulent charge and had card replaced.

buttheads got me too... Ronz Template Store, $11.89 on a card I haven't used in like 4 months. Bastages.
Filed a dispute with my CC company, asked for a new card #.

funny no one wants to find avenues to shut them down, even if only temporarily.

they got me too,$11.89 Ronz Template filed a complaint with my bank got denied so I called them and told them about this website and how many people were getting scammed.......the guy looked up the site while I was on the phone and was suprised.....said i'll be getting reimbursed now!!!

Ronz Template Stores appeared on my charge account. I called the credit card company (Sears) right away and they took it off. They also have to issue me a new card and account number. Who are these guys?!

what we should be asking is if any of us have anything in common...there's a lot of this happening and i wonder how they're getting our card info.

it just happened to me (well 5 days ago but i just found out)...and it was an 11.89 charge by THE RELATIVITY GROUP in de...listed a phone number, but same thing just an operator with a link to the web technologies website...
never heard of any of it...and i don't order by phone or mail...what the hell?

Me too. $11.89 Ronz Template Store. I found a website Ronztemplatestore.com. All the links on the page led back to namecheap.com. I chatted live with their support. I was told to file a ticket with their sales department. Did that. Then dug a little deeper with google and found all you guys. What a crock. Reporting this to our CCC now...

I found charge of $11.89 on my card today. Never use this card anymore. Did use it about 1 year ago for a few internet charges, but not since then. Called the number on my statement 208-209-5278,Ronz Template Store in CA, got message "this mail box is full and not taking any more messages".
Called my credit card co, told them I found this site and complaints, they agreed to credit the 11.89 and the 1.00 finance charge (no other interest incurring charges on this card now). Said I did not need to dispute it since it was only 11.89. Probably helped that I mentioned googling Ronz and what I found here.

I found this charge on my credit card also. I tried to contact my credit card company regarding it but they charge $15 for a phone consultation. Honestly it's not worth that to go further with this. Does anyone know how this ULC SOLUTIONS got out credit card numbers? Should I close this card acct out? Will I still have to pay it? Help...

"Ronz" follows the same pattern, so it may be part of the same operation.

$15 for reporting a fraudulent charge and blocking a card?  Get a better bank.  If you DON'T close this account, "ULC", or one of the other front names they operate under, will keep charging it.

Same thing happened to me.  I have not used my credit card in months and I get a statement today with a charge of $11.89 from Ronz Template Store.  Called the phone # and it's a full mailbox.  Called my credit card company and they are reversing the charges and cancelling the card.  I advised them to look into this and told them about all the complaints I found on the internet.  Hopefully the will do something about it.

i had a 11.89 on my card but dident know who it was so i call my card co.i hate people that do this and hope the people get put in jail.and die and go to hell
