tried to call back number 213-452-6539  no answer are these people stupid im on dnc list will lodge complaint there also

Who can I call to file charges on globalreach, int?  Not only file on them, but if any way possible I can sue them, I will.  
Please respond ASAP. I am sick of these people.

If you are on the Do Not Call list, call FTC to file complaints.  

See if FTC is receiving as many complaints against them as are being reported on-line, and if they have contact and location information for this blatant DNC violator.
