Ac not working

I have purchased an AC from Navrang Audio video (p) ltd Laxmi nagar Delhi on 02-07-2006.I got to know that its compressor is not working. It is still in warranty period as the warranty for compressor is sixty months. kindly send your  service engineer to rectify the problem.
