KFC - Centurion

To Whom It May Concern:


I went to the KFC in Rooihuiskraal, Gateway Centre a few weeks ago. I wanted to order ice creams for me and my family (6 people), the staff told us the ice cream is not right. Then again a few weeks after the ice cream incident we wanted to buy a meal with milkshake, again we were told there is no milkshake. Saturday morning (the 14th of June 2008) we wanted to order Twisters, again we were told there is no folders for the Twisters.

I’m very disappointed in the KFC, every time we want to order something, they don’t have it in stock or there is something wrong.

We really love KFC and we eat it a lot, but if this is the service we get, we’ll rather support another KFC.
