Never Received the Platinum Ring

Ordered my ring on 7/6/2008.  Checked back on 7/17/2008 and they claimed there was a dispute between their shipping department and FedEx.  Did not want to give me the tracking number but said they needed to make another ring.   Why make another one unless it was never made?  I cancelled the order.  By 7/23/2008, I still did not get my refund.  They said that the refund was placed on 7/16/2008 but I told them that I never called on 7/16/2008.  The guy then changed his tone and said the refund was actually made on the 7/17/2008.  So there you go, caught them lying about the refund as well.  Only way to get my money is to dispute this with my credit card company.

I advise anyone not to purchase anything from this company.   Checkout their reputation on Better Business Bureau Online.
