My International consignment is missing

Hi,
I have booked AM PAckers & Movers in Hyderabad to shift all my things from Hyderabad to Bahrain on 20th of Feb'08. Its been 4 months , I have still not received my goods.

If asked abt the delay, the manager does not respond to the calls and often it will be the supervisor who attends and will promise me a date, in which it has never reached.

Now, through other sourses I came to know that my items have been given a sub-contract to another agent SeaTrans Agency in Delhi and they say that my items have been shipped only on June 8th and will reach in 20 days but they(AM P & M) have not made the payment, so cannot be delivered.

Iam really in a great trauma due to all these and Iam the single person handling this issue and thats a greatest advantage for them that they think I'll not give any legal actions.

Pls suggest me or help me to get my things from these frauds.It'll be a great help for me and my entire family.
