Non delivering free gift

I have taken delivery of the VPP against the order number: OGA080031380 dated 28 Jun 08 on payment of Rs.603.00 in cash. But I have not receive the free gifts. On the order date the free gift was Tupperware Bowls, but offer changed to addidas bag and holiday voucher.
