Terrible service

Our Direct TV HD set stopped working. It takes about 19 minutes to get through to a rep, and three times, after speaking with three different reps about the same matter, they CUT US OFF. The line just cuts out, and they don't call back. This is the worst possible customer service imaginable. The frustrating part is they cut you off and dont call back.
