Dear Sir,
There is one internet pharmacy named www.4rx.com,www.4rx.net,www.4rx-pharma.com,www.genericpharma.com doing illegal shipping of life shaving and prescription drugs from India to diiferent parts of the world ,particularly USA and EU through there company Medicine4you pharma pvt. ltd. 208 and 402, Hermes Atrium, Sector 11,CBD Belapur,Navi Mumbai.Director of this company is Mr.IOAN BIRIS who is a citizen of Canada
and have been doing this illegal business here in India since year 2003.
Earning milion dollars through this illegal business and keeping it in tax heaven countries.Sending back this money through our banking channel to make this black money white.So,through this letter we request goverment regulatory authorities like Enforce Department,FDA,Custom,Income tax of India to take note of it and recover and seiz the ill gotten money.

    How this person Ioan Biris being a foreigner from Canda doing such type of activity in India with out any support from inside our country.This angle should also be probed and immidiatly his fake website 4rx.com should be stopped to prevent further damage to the countries image.Maharashtra FDA should immidiatly cancell all his licences.

    As per drugs and cosmetics act this definatly a illigal selling of life shaving drugs and i think this foreign guy Ioan Biris might not aware that here in India as per recent constitution ammendment minimum punishment is life imprisonment and India is the first country in the world have such a law.Things are changing very speedely here in India and hope law enforcing agencies very soon catch this guy and as i know Maharashtra FDA is one of the best in the country.

    This foreign guy has been doing this illegal business since last several years in our country,India,than what our government is doing.As the name Ioan Biris sounds like Lativian origin.Canada must be his adopted country.Mostly people of that origin invoved in such type of criminal activities.FEMA must be imposed immidiatly and goverment of India should take step to immidiatly stop this business and put this person Ioan Biris along with his associates behind bar.

    There wad a raid by Mumbai FDA and they served closure notice to this company Medicine4you Pharma.Thanks Maharashtra FDA for the action.During the raid they found lot of illegal and objectionable actvity and most of the products they do illegal drop shipping WITH OUT PRESCRIPTION are products manufactured by the company Genpharma international,Pune  which is also owened by the same foreign national Ioan Biris.We request Maharashtra FDA to lodge a police complain and booked those people apart from owner who are helping him in this business.they are also involved in money laundering in tax heaven countries and cheating government of India crores of rupess as tax ,So,with out wasting time Income Tax of India,ED,RBI,ROC and Customs should step in take strong action againest these people.

    One can earn huge money through this illegal smuggling business in shortest time as there is huge difference in prices of generic medications between USA and India.The company Genpharma International ,Pune where these medications get manufactured is a small company and do not have any international certification.So,manufacturing cost is very low and margin of profit is very high.But the point is these foreign guys do business here in India and operate through Tax haven counties,so they cheated goverment of India core of rupees as tax and tranished the countries image internationally by sending inferior products from India to countries like USA.
    So,Immidiate action needed on this regard.

    Personally, i think the facts here are not fully examined. Yes, there is a lot of money to be made due to the difference in pricing by the big pharma companies. Many time the price difference on the same drug is simply greed (or good business, depending on which side of the money you are on).
    I used the 4rx company, got my drugs not from GenPharma but from the 2nd largest drug company in India. The price was 1/8th what i would have paid in Europe or USA. I was not asked for a prescription, but i did have one.
    That company may be illegal, may do fraudulent things, but for me I got six months of quality drugs at a reasonable price. No complaints.

Ltd at Navi Mumbai and open a new company HERMES PHARMA LOGISTICS PRIVATE LIMITED at bangalore having address, 176, Adarsh Eco Place, Unit 2, Ground Floor,EPIP Industrial Area, Kundalahalli, White Field,Bangalore,Karnataka-560066, INDIA. They are moving one state to another for hiding the identities , mainly because the maharashtra FDA raids.All illegal activities are Genpharma International,Pune where all the products intended for smuggle are get manufactured and CEM Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ,Banagalore where orders are processed.So,If these two compnies raided truth will come out.

    These peoples are simple exploiting the loop holes of indian legal systems. However our FDA people are always act on the basis of specific complains. Therefore please forward all this complain to FDA Maharashtra and Karnataka for their necessory action. This type of illegal business should be closed immediately and also the people involved in this act should be put behind the bars.

    I have been a customer for 5 years.  No problem with these people.  This is a real public service.  No one in these postings question the fact that the drugs work.  Drugs in USA are too expensive.  Probably the US pharmacutical companies behind these negative posts

      I agree.  I have used 4RX for years for a generic version of Aciphex.  I spend $240/year versus $5800 if I bought the product in my home country.  I have not notified my doctor that I am using a generic as it is unnecessary since it is working.  By the way, I tried other generic and prescription products and found Aciphex was the only product that controlled my GERD.  Now, of course, the generic product from 4RX is controlling the GERD.

    Public service againest playing with health of people?Crazy guys.If one could goes through the posting will find thousands of complains on quality of medication supplied by this internet pharmacy www.4rx.com.Their selling price is 20-30 times the purchasing price.Some times it is more than 50 times.If they really wanted to do public service they should honestly disclose their income in their website and maximum charge 10-20% on their purchase price.As for as quality is concern these guys do not have any knowlegea and idea about quality and American standard for medications.Simly they buy from fake and substandard medication manufaturers and do shipping by playing with health of people.If they so concern about quality than why Mumbai FDA closed down their operation and filed a case againest thir suppply point Medicine4you Pharma and they sifted to Bangalore with a new company Hermes Pharma Logistic Pvt. Ltd. with two employees as Directors and hiding their identity.
