DON'T UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM ebellking.com
I purchased a tablet for my daughter, it came and looked OK for the price (£125). It worked for 2 weeks. I contacted ebellking 3 times until they decided to reply. They wanted me to return the tablet in the post (to a London address which I found strange). I suggested that it may be a good idea to send us a replacement charger as the tablet looked as though it was not holding or receiving any charge. After 2 weeks, NOTHING! So I re-emailed them and eventually we received a new charger BUT this didn't work either.
I then tried to contact bellying again, several emails and threats to report them to PayPal/Credit Card etc...and still NOTHING. They are SHITE at customer service and the products are poor DO NOT BUY FROM EBELLKING YOU WILL REGRET IT.
I am an Apple user and have never purchased an Andriod but my daughter really wanted one, what a mistake and an fairly expensive lesson. I have just had an IT chap look at the Tablet and he has confirmed its NO GOOD, he tested the charger, that was fine but the Tablet is COPUT after only 2 weeks use

This below is the UK office address . I have been told by Cathy who seems to be the only one at ebelking that the uk return address is just a PO box and no one is there to receive anything.Who then handles the tablets some sort of ghost! This was after i said i would deliver faulty product by hand . You will now see that there web site which used to state that they had UK customer support has been withdrawn . strange that ?

With regards to Ebellking, and their dodgy UK contact, I would suggest that, in addition to Trading Standards, you also contact your own banks who can investigate this companies fraudulent ways.
Hopefully, if enough return charges are applied for, we can not only get our money back but also make a sizable dent in this rogue traders bank. Maybe, even stop them from trading.
Trading standards has now been given contact details for their UK base.
The 'UK office' that Ebellking quotes, is actually a private residence in a small bed-sit in

I cancelled my order within 7 days (it states if order cancelled within 7 days I would get a full refund)
They posted the tablet 6 hours later after telling me that they had been on holiday. They did say that if I posted it back to their Surrey address they would refund both postage and price of tablet - Paypal tell me that if the item arrives at all then I have no claim as they do not get involved in this part of the transaction. Watch this space as I update you on my progress
