ReputationChanger.com is an UNRELIABLE and ABUSIVE SEO company. Their management team condones rude service and verbally abusive, covert and unprofessional behavior of their support team. ReputationChanger.com Terms of Service is one sided and an evidence in itself. Reputation Repair and Management should be investigated for unethical business practice. They give out covert notices that entail technical changes holding their non-technical clients hostage and demand unreasonable compliance. The company is insensitive to their clients needs and is totally careless. They also dupe their clients into purchasing an affordable package only to make additional changes at the expense of the client. I will not recommend ReputationChanger.com to anyone. Now I can't even get my money back.

They also own the folowing domains: which all have a ton of complaints if you google them.

Interesting how they dance around every variant of "ripoffreport.com" except the real one.

By the way, posting deceptive positive reviews without identifying a connection to the company or product being "praised" is now a violation of FTC regulations.  They got Sony for fake "movie critic" quotes several years ago, even before the new rules went into effect.

ReputationChanger.com is a scam and a fake and phony company run by 1 SEO fraud named Mark Reffert. There is no reputation changer team and everyone on his about us is fake and phony and a giant scam just like his reputation changer company. Mr Reffert uses black hat search engine techniques that will hurt and harm your business in the long run.

Mr Reffert outsources all his work to india and hides behind a call center and one computer run from his home in Pennsylvania.

IP Attorney Timothy Reynolds replies to Craig Smith
      Dear Readers:

This is a cease and desist from naming my clients Matthew and Jani Cooke within this forum, or adivsing people to listen to an audio recording in which a 'Trade Secret' is being sold to a reseller of the service.

      The following link

      http://www.ripoffreport.com/organized-crime/matthew-cooke/matthew-cooke-removeyourname-9086b.htm

      We categorically deny.

      Kindest regards,

      Timothy Reynolds

      Mr. Fertik;

Myself and all of the fraudsters at Reputation Changer wish to extend our most sincere thanks to you, the founder and CEO of Reputation.com, for giving us the thumbs up here and declaring our companies as equals.

BTW, have your lawyers figured out that Matthew Cooke is on fire with removemyname.com after selling your company removeyourname.com (along with that tricky SQL code that hacks into private servers)?

Didn't those dinks get a non-compete from the Cooke family?  What a mess this is going to create for your company when all those venture capital firms find out about that brain fart and the fact that the "cool technique" of Cooke's is a Federal offense under 18 USC 1030 : 2 (a).

At any rate, stay tuned for all the latest and greatest on our "family" of reputation wreck & repair online properties at reputationchangerscam.com (coming soon).

      Please carry on.

This is petty and sad.  You really have the time in your day to personally reply to this?  In and of itself your personal interest in this speaks volumes about your company.

His victims start threads like this you idiot.  Here's another one:

      http://autoecommerce.org/seal-of-an-accreditd ... merce-industry/

A group of these individuals are qualifying a class action lawsuit against Stein, Trajtenberg, and Reputation Changer.

Matthew Cooke and his wife Jani Cooke are going to be indicted in the near future and they are going to roll over on you.

Plus, they discuss selling the hack to Reputation Defender aka Michael Fertik :

If you are a potential client, don't waste your money.  That is unless you like over payment and under delivery, along with poor customer service, rudeness, and an overall feeling of being a nuisance.  AND YOU PAID THEM!
