Tax sucks because of paypower card

I didn't have a problem with taxact, but I have a huge problem with the prepaid debit card they offer their clients to put their tax refund on, Paypower. I filed Jan. 17th. Got a tax refund deposit date of Feb. 1st. I, along with three of my adult daughters, and one son in-law all filed the same day. We all received the same deposit date...When our paypower cards arrived we all tried to activate them on my computer. None of them could be activated by computer so we called the 800 number on the card. We found out that we all had to fax copies of photo I.D, SS card, and proof of residence, which we all did. 16 faxes the first time. We called back on the 26,27, and they told us that everything looked good and the card would be unlocked by the time the IRS sent our refunds to our cards, and once the cards were unlocked they would call us to let us know. The 31st of Jan. came and I called them back. Found out that my oldest daughter, and my son in-law had to send more info., and better photos because their lic. were too dark. We sent them another 12 documents, w2 forms, degree of Indian blood cards, child support payment copies...They told us that they would call us within 24-48 hours. Guaranteed the cards would be unlocked within the next 48 hours. The first, second, third, fourth, fifth...came and went and the date today is 2-10-2013 and they're still not unlocked. We called the IRS and they said that the refunds had been sent back to them and they were going to issue us all a check on the 13th. I wasted 40.00 on faxes, and wasted about 100 hours waiting on the phone listening to the same song for 30 mins. at a time, not to count speaking with men that speak the worst English I've ever heard! I'm not using taxact next year because of paypower. I wanted to receive my refund on a debit card so I could get it back faster, but now we'll be receiving a check which I'll have to cash at Wal-Mart three weeks after I should have received my refund by e-filing. I and my entire family are so pissed! I done everything but spit on the fax papers to leave my DNA. Taxact will lose a lot of business because of the card they chose. Not to count you can only get 500.00 pr day off of the card. There's no taking the card into the bank and getting your money off of it. Just 500.00 pr. day. What a rip off card. I know that Taxact has lost at least five clients business. We're not the only ones this happened to believe me! Paypower sucks big time!!!!!!!!! Which makes taxact suck just as bad.
