411 Locals continues to call me two years after I canceled service with them! This is Harrassment! This number belongs to Rachel- A 411 Locals Representative. If you ever had a bad dealing with this company I urge you to call her and let her have it!

It's a shame companies like 411 Locals continue to rip people off to this day...!!!

    Just got off the phone with a 411rep on behalf of my client who was being harassed. I was told my client was paying for #1 placement for 5 keywords when I asked what he was paying for.

    I replied with the question are these pay per click or organic listings?
    The flumoxed rep replied "Its Just Google"

    Time to amp up that training program!

    Funny how this scam company puts up fake reviews on how great they are, what a joke! These creeps called me the other day and I can smell a rat a mile away, they were literally "abusing" me saying how I can't manage my own company's  SEO,and they were the only hope for getting me on the first page on google I finally hung up on them, BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS!

    They told me that I don't have time to manage my own SEO, and they have a team of 7 people working 24/7 to get the best listing possible, LIERS Do yourself a favor and learn how to optimize your own website, these lying boilerroom thieves will take all your money and not do a thing to increase your listing on Google.

    I have been with 411 Locals for two years and my placement in Google+ and the listings on the internet have made my business grow. We have checked our placements in the city we signed up in on 411 Locals and we are consistently at the top of our roofing keywords. We track our ads and Google is always mentioned as a source.

    Tried to cancel 5 minutes after giving my debit card and realizing they lied about using my exisiting website and could not get a refund of a payment they processed 5 minutes previously.
    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

    I had this company call me today. I told them to call me back.  Fortunately this site exists. They bragged about an A plus rating with the BBB. They called back a few days later.  I took notes of your posts here and presented them to the sales person.  They had no comment on this information.  I thank all of you who posted here! You saved me another headache.  If some people here are doing well with the company that's great.
    However when a company cold calls you and strong arms you to purchase their product it's a major red flag to begin with.

    There another company called Your Local 411 that you can add to the list of SCAMS. They will  harassed you with calls.
