I ordered Tablet from Ebellking on 31st. Dec 2011 - Since then it has been a battle - At first just to get it delivered to my address - after the second attempt, delivery which was successful - but  then discovered that it had been sent out before and it didn't work.

The crux of this story is that I sent it back to the returns address at my expense to which I was told by Ebellking that I had sent it to the wrong place and they hadn't received it but someone had signed for it when I checked the Royal Mail website - After another month or so I had an email from someone who had received my faulty Tablet with my letter to Ebellking still inside - So they had received it and sent it on to someone else - I have not had a refund or a replacement tablet, not that I want one because these items are junk - But now they will not answer letters or emails -  DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS HORRIFIC COMPANY usually Chinese people are very helpful - Ebellking has brought the Chinese people in to disrespect and I don't trust any deals from China now.

    same thing faulty zenethink they answer thee first mail and after that ignore you.
    Also any review sent by you to their page which is less than complimentary does not get printed or do they write their own reviews

    I have had a similar experience, once you have a fault on a tablet they do not want to know. I am now going through my credit card company to get my money back and return the item.I also recommend that no one uses Ebellking.com

    Customer service does not exist!

    My tablet arrived and had a faulty screen its now one week later 17 emails no existing UK office no phone no you can contact them on ,no UK support a pay pal dispute and a big headache.wop ding bang.

    This below is the UK office address . I have been told by Cathy who seems to be the only one at ebelking that the uk return address is just a PO box and no one is there to receive anything.Who then handles the tablets some sort of ghost! This was after i said i would deliver faulty product by hand . You will now see that there web site which used to state that they had UK customer support has been withdrawn . strange that ?

    Trouble is every body wants cheap items which is fine but company's like ebelking are out there waiting for you .

    having the same problem with my tablet , in that the power switch is broken and I have had now 33 emails and no further .
