unwanted calls

I get these all the time on every phone i have... I have started playing along to get info... I use funny accents... sometimes I say something really offensive to the salesperson to try to scare them into taking me off the list... since I started playing mind games with them... the volume has decreased to about one call per week...... this is the info i got today... My operators name was Jesse White.. so he said... and I got a return phone number which is actually the number for visas lost card department 18008472911 .. the address is a po ..of course... POB 15298 willmington delaware 19850.... please shut these [***] down.
