Account hacked and deleted and customer service won't even respond

My daughter just paid $70 for a year subscription to Movie Star Planet. 2 weeks later her account was hacked and deleted. Customer service will not respond to my emails and there is no number to call to talk to them personally. I consider this fraud at this point.

If payment was by debit or credit card, dispute the charge through her bank to recover your money. She paid, product wasn't delivered, so reverse the charge for that reason.
Block the card number to prevent further charges.
