Deactivation of the Hungama Games which was loaded without any concent and refund of the amount .

Respected sir,
With due respect this is to bring to your kind notice that I am one of the BSNL land line customer ( 0612-2321555) and was shocked to learn from the bill, that traff for Hungama Games was being added without my prior concent or information.
I hereby request to deactivate all such games including Hungama Games.
I also request to refund the deducted amount to my account.
