communication and respect

Your KFC in Mpudulle  - the staff does not update customers about their orders. They do not respect customers and have petty chats when helping customers hence asking you what your order is several times because they get distracted or loose focus. your order will stay there until you ask if it's ready and it is then that it will be given to you. i have observed this several times and feel irritated by this behaviour. if this can be corrected the store will not unnecessarilygets full as people will be getting their orders on time.
