This company is a scammer.  Someone was able to order this product thru my bank account.  No one would help me or assist me.  They informed me that it was not their problem.  They allowed some stranger to charge to a card to order pills.  What if it had been a child and the child became gravely sick or even died.  They informed me it was out of their hands as long as it was order via internet.  They could care less.  If they care this little for the lively hood of children or someones identity, just think what their products are like.  They want the money.  I think better measures need to be taken to protect everyone.

Look at the extensive complaints against them.  They are already scamming even the people who order their "free trials", so it shouldn't surprise you if you get no response to a flagrant fraudulent charge.  If they get someone's money, they are happy.  If they send out some cheap junk, but someone catches and reverses their unauthorized charge, they have lost little.  After all, these aren't FDA approved pharmaceuticals, or even vitamins you could get at the supermarket, with state and federal regulation of quality.

Fraudulent charges should always be reported as such to your bank.  Dispute the fraudulent charge and close the account immediately.  Follow up with a written dispute through your bank, sent to the dispute address on the back of the statement.

It is a waste of time to try to get them to reverse the charge, as they have already demonstrated their intent to defraud, and will probably continue to do so as long as they have valid account information.
