So I notify BOA of my travel plans, where I will be staying and the exact dates. I had requested a phone call if a problem did surface. So my card gets frozen over an attempted $23.00 charge at a grocery store in the area I told them I would be.  NO call!  I call and  takes 30 min. I  finally get told by Mr. Attitude that I was in an area known for credit card fraud!  Yes If I was going to commit fraud I would go for the measly $23.00 attempt. Reallly? This was an insult attempted excuse with attitude. You act like your customers are stupid! You appear that you are more worried about the bank losing $23.00 than your customers. I had to wait in a long line to get to the check out and other people were not happy! What kind of policy is this suppose to be. No accountability!!  Well I cancelled my card and will be withdrawing my approx. $100,000. I will be blogging my experience all over the internet!!! Thanks for nothing but BS. BOA

I recommend you stay away from Bank of America! You might get stuck on the side of the road with a frozen card just because they feel like it.
