Scam regarding so called FREE SAMPLES

I agreed to receive a free sample and only pay shipping. 10 days later another bottle comes in mail. I never agreed to any terms, was not aware of this scam. Plus I was charged $74.98. I immediately called Peak Life customer service , spoke with George. Said he would credit my acct. $40 if I kept the new supply. Also told me he would send me a confirmation e-mail validating my notice of cancellation.Ii never rec'd this. Then was told I had to go to go to a post office and return, AT MY EXPENSE> These scam artists don't offer free shipping credits. Also said I need to get a confirmation from postal service that product was sent back!
I was told that if I didn't cancel the product when I rec'd the so called :FREE SAMPLE', that I agreed to automatic shipping. Never saw any disclaimer like this or would have never ordered sample.
Lastly, not approved by FDA, because it doesn't work at all!!! Planning on contacting Better Business Bureau to report poor treatment and fraudulent promotion of promotion.

Use the lure of a "free trial", for "just shipping and handling" to get your account information, then cram on orders at inflated prices and claim you agreed to them.
Immediately contact your bank to dispute any charges as fraudulent, and file a mail fraud complaint with the US Postal Inspector over the unwanted shipment.
In addition, file fraud complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General.
