July 7, 2009 my credit card was charged $9.99.  I have no idea what these charges are for, as I've not ordered anything from this company.  This teeth whitening thing is a fraud/scam and these charges are fraudulent and unauthorized.  Please reimburse my credit card in the amount of $9.99, and if my name/address is on your list, remove it.

Contact your bank immediately to dispute their charges, and close the account to prevent additional unauthorized charges.  You have to notify your bank IN WRITING within 60 days from the statement date showing any disputed charge to invoke your FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute rights.

Other complaints.  Typical "health product free trial" scam.

Thank you for your post.  I too saw another 9.99 charge that I had no clue what was going on.  Axis who?  I too got taken by the teeth whitening thing, but it was only supposed to be a trial.  I have attempted several times in the last 60 days to get rid of the "teeth" scam artists, and only found out today that Axis is an additional, unauthorized part of that mess. I too have talked with my bank and they validate the above comment.  In order to dispute the charges I must have a new card issued.  These people must be stopped.

ok, read the fine print before u subscribe to the free trial teeth whiten product (Dentech Whitening). u r also agreeing to a 9.99 charge for access to a health wellness website.  just another rip-off & stuff u can get for free.  1st stop the free trial (on website), 2nd call (888) 822-4806
cancel that crap (access 2 website) but i think we'll lose the 9.99 cuz we agreed to it in the terms & agreement.  hope that helps  f...ing bs

I found two charges on my credit card for $9.99 each with Axis Wellness as the culprit. This was after I got the suprise bill of 88.97 after I had already paid 36.00. I see above that there was supposed to be a warning of this but I didn't find it. Thanks for the info on this site as I now know what to do.

You aren't intended to know what they will later charge you for.  If you knew up front, you wouldn't have disclosed your account information.

Any notice of terms, if there is one, is probably hidden somewhere, just as an excuse to claim you were "notified".

This is a very common type of scam, particular with "health products".
