I purchased a recliner about 3 years ago, I didn't have it longer before I moved away, I didn't take the chair with me. I recently moved back and shortly after returning I noticed the chair wont recliner. I know its out of warranty so there's nothing I can do about it but my biggest issue is with a sectional I purchased in December 2011. Only 3 months after I purchased it I had to take back to store because one of the recliners would not open correctly. The store called back saying they couldn't find anything wrong but the repair man installed a strong spring. A couple months later the same recliner wouldn't close anymore so we called again for a service call. The repair man came and worked on it, plus the fabric was coming apart in the seams. The repair man said he would order a new cushion, that was in August, we never heard back from him so on November 30th we carried the furniture back to store. By then there was another cushion coming apart, I called the store a month ago they said they were waiting on parts to come in, still today I have not gotten my furniture back. I am very unhappy to pay the amount of money we did for furniture that has been torn up the most of the time we have had it. Can someone explain to me why I am having the problems? I thought catnapper was suppose to be really good furniture but I am really dissatisfied with mine!
