I keep getting books i do not order.  I feel you are preying upon elderly people who continue to pay your invoices without second thought.  I have tried to cancel my subscription but did not receive an acknowledgement from the company.

    It's a cramming scam..
    The correct response to receiving invoices for unordered merchandise is NOT to just pay it, but to file mail fraud complaints with the US Postal Inspector.
