    The telemarketer is probably using their services.
    If your caller id is showing "Paetec", then the telemarketer probably hasn't changed the caller id in their PBX system to accurately report their own name.

    Contact Paetec directly regarding problems by their client.

    received call from 516-203-8397 Friday May 9 @ 1000 hrs. google ID'd the # as Paetec Communications, Inc. and its derivitive Mainstream.... I just wish they would go away.   on lifting receiver there is silence.  Just like a lot of these prank calls. urgghh! etc.
