Charges cut without my permission

A few minutes back I was brousing the net on my cell phone (my phone service is Airtel, Mumbai),
and suddenly I got an SMS stating that Rs:99/- has been cut from my account for downloading the Value Pack from Airtel.. Within a few seconds another SMS came sayhing I have been charged Rs:2/- for SPORTSLIVE_1.
I am shocked because I was browsing the internat and did not touch any Airtel-live settings.
In fact I have subscribed for the Airtel Internet pack (Rs:99/- per month) hence this fresh charge is outrageous.
The company (Airtel) is trying to cheat me for servicec that I am not using. My internet pack is not through Airtel-Live and I do not require any service from this pack.
Is there anything I can do to pursue this matter through litigation. I now want to throw out my Airtel sim-card and apply for one from Docomo who advertise that there are no hidden or unjustified charges on their services.
Please advise me what can be done to set this matter right.

please note my cell phone number is +919773216775. I forgot to mention that in my complaint.
The standard response is "Your request has timed out".
I guess this is the best way the Company can avoid taking complaints from their clients.
