Was with yak for over 2 years. Technical support is horrible they don't know what they are doing made me buy a new ATA when the problem was something else. Did not support old ATA stating that not covered. Long distance don't get connected or hear my voice over and over but not the person on the end of the line yet billed me. They could not resolve the issue for over 3 months. Then incoming calls don't get through and I lost very important calls. Keep waiting on the line sometimes over 2 hours when call for help.
