Namecalling / Derogatory / Scammers

The robocall used a phone number from a neighboring city in our state to call about lowering credit card interest rates. When I asked to be removed from the company's phone list (it is my work cell phone and not attached to any credit card) the representative immediately became belligerent and said I was dumb. I was shocked and further questioned the legal name of the company and address. Lies. Atlanta, Georgia and kept calling me a "dumbass" over and over and saying I was too dumb to understand. When I asked why he would want a job where he treated people this way, he said I was a dumbass and then finally asked if I wanted to speak to his supervisor. He "transferred" me and this person said he was in California. Refused to give me a real company name and address. Then asked why I have to ask him all this "[***]" and take up so much of his time before he hung up on me. The first guy said the company name was "Cardmember Services" in Atlanta, Georgia. The second guy said the company name was Loura Lelo Services headquartered in California with offices also in Florida (not Georgia) and I was wasting his time. Both men had eastern Indian accents.
