Cheapoair is not refunding my money

I have cancelled the ticket on 29th June. On that day I got a mail, it was informed that refund may take 1-2 billing cycles. After 15 days again it is informed that refund may take 1-2 billing cycles. If I start calculating from 29th June, it is already 15 days gone. As per the previous mail I should get the refund today.
