CANCELLATION

I cancelled my membership exactly the way I was supposed to submitting my waiver to ABC Financial 2 months ago and am still being billed monthly for a membership. I have already submitted a complaint a month ago with no results. I am tired of paying for a gym I have no desire to go to and I did all the rights steps in canceling my membership.
