Ring taking so long

I ordered the z ring, which said it would take up to four weeks, after waiting five weeks I decided to call. Will all the numbers they have, still lead me to a machine or Spanish recording message which I speak English. After six weeks I finally talk with a member and they stated that the ring was sent but sent back because of a wrong address typo  That same day they ask me if I wanted a order the ring again, I stated another six weeks ???  They need to update they web site, because when you order the ring the site is right there ORDER, but when it comes to COMPLAINTS  you are lost. My bad experience with that ring.
