Keep calling but no messages

This number, 303-930-2010, has called three times today, and didn't leave a message. I am waiting for an important call, and run to the phone every time it rings. I called back, and was told to wait "for the next available specialist". No company name was mentioned, and the caller ID said "Unknown caller".
