step:1 Dollar Thrifty Internal staff says that they have refunded deposit amount.
Step:2 After waiting seven days you will call Dollar thrifty
Step:3 Manager will abuse you and they call you personally to branch
Step:4 You will lodge complaint in customer care and customer care manager Will phone you
Step:5 You will receive fake Authorization code and Dollar thrifty advise the balance will get increase
without SMS
Step:6 Customer Care Manger Says your money is in freeze state in your bank
Step:7 When you recheck with your bank . You will understand they have cheated you
Step:8 You will write blog in hellopeter saying No refund and worst service
Step:9 They will send email saying valued customer
Step:10 SA Government will not address this SCAM
Step:11 You will be writing everyday in Hello peter

I'm waiting for 150 days Dollar thrifty has not refunded my deposit amount.
SA GOVERNMENT needs to take action against this SCAM.
Many people are making complaints against Dollar Thrifty.
