Dear sir,
Nagpur Railway ki bahut hi gandi Announcement Service. Main & Biwi Date 10.10.2010.rly station par aaye,meri reservation train 2810 3ac Pnr no 644-5719135, main Chhindwara se aaya tha. raat 9.30pm waiting room ruka,train 9.30hrs late thi. waiting room ki screen par train aane ka samay 00.10, bar2 aa raha tha,raat ko 1.10hrs tak wohi screen par chal raha tha,magar ek bar bhi 2810 ki koi announcement na pakar main inquary karne gaya to wahan baithe mahashay ne bataya ki train 1.30hrs tak aayegi.main jaise hi muda to bahar ki screen par announce huwa ki train plaitform no6 par aa chuki thi. main daudta huwa waiting room mein gaya, 3luggage uthakar hum dono bhagte huwe chalti train mein S4,chad gaye.main pasine se pura bhig chuka tha, meri biwi mujhe iss halat mein dekhkar kafi ghabra gayi. kyun ki main heart patient hun. mere sath bhagte huwe rly staff police bhi chade. aur hamara coach 3ac,bahut piche tha. main shukriya karta hun uun police walon ka jinhone meri madad ki aur mujhe chalti train mein coach tak pahunchaya. ab aap bataiye Nagpur ke LAAPARWAH staff ka aap kya karte hain.

    Its very dissapointed service fro railway pepople inspite of give excess money for good & Quality Service Purpose only.I have Dispatched My Bajaj Pulsar Motor Cycle MH 31 CJ 8685 on 26th July 2011 from Lokmanya Tilak Terminal LTT vide Railway Bill No B309112 to Nagpur Junction Through Train Shalimar Express 18029 .



    The Motor cycle had reached Nagpur Junction on 27th July around 1pm I immediately I rush to break bogie to take a charge of my bike BUT Then Its very surprisingly that my bike were nowhere found in fact it was buried under the almost 200 Boxes of Iron Nuts Bolds & Pomegranates etc etc which was loaded on Manmad & Nasik Station..In spite of clearly mentioned that my bike should be delivered at Nagpur Station Resulting Stumbling-Block the same Railway employee who was attendant there Mr. H M Dahat refuse to give me the delivery and asked me to come after 4-5 days since bike will go to TATA Nagar & then come back.. OR launch the complain with senior officer Mr. Ashok Chaudhary then he forwarded me to Mr. Raut then again he took me to Mr Naik but then finally No conclusion came..



    I hope anyone can understand the inconveniences caused to me & my family due to this irresponsible behaviors of railway employee concern from LTT,NASIK,MANMAD & NAGPUR.. Till the time I am not aware when my bike come to Nagpur they are saying let’s see 3-4 days may be....Is this way to treat the person like baggers It’s my 1st bike which I bought with my Hard Core efforts & the Railway people treat in this ways in spite of excess money is being paid...?



    Kindly response & provide the Verdict to me by taking the necessary action against the culprits’ people railway employee.
