This company has been calling every single day several times a day and night. When I answer, there is no one to respond and a few seconds after I have answered the call, they hang up. I have tried calling the number back but it ALWAYS comes back as busy. Isn't there some way the government can pursue this company?

    You might try lodging a complaint with Sen. Charles Schumer's office.  He got fed up with "auto warranty" scam calls, and got FTC to go after them for both Do Not Call and fraudulent telemarketing violations.

    They call me several times a day, and since I don't know the number, I don't answer, but it is very annoying and concerning.
