I purchase my Whirlpool side by side Refrigerator at Lowe's Department Store- What a mistake. This product is the worst refrigerator I have ever had in my life! The vegtables and fruit freeze, I replace the filter every 6 months and the water tastes like sewer water. The ice machine drops ice all over the freezer. I hate this refrigerator.  Before it was a year old I had a repair man out to the house and didn't do a darn thing " oh everything looks good" yeah right! I will never buy another Whirlpool product as long as I am in this world. It is no wonder you keep bugging your customer's to buy the extended warranty
