Unsolicited calls while on no call list

receiving calls every 2 to 3 days.  caller recording says to push # to get info abt how to reduce credit card rates.  I ask what company they are from and they say card services.  I ask them to stop calling me and they hang up... then I get another call in 2 to 3 days.  

HOW DO I STOP THEM?    So Annoying!
