three costly suits missing

Most regret to express my views about DTDC that they even dont bother about the customer. They just ignore the customer. On 3.8 2011 , I had send a parcel of 19 suits weighing 12 kg by DTDC courrier. with trk no Z40088807...my client got only 16 suits.three suits worth rs 16000rs  missing.even i paid for  quick delivery but reached in 8-9 days.company should refund me the loss
