Beks Club dba Beks Club Hostels

My name is David Inkin.  I rented my property at 205 SE 21 Ave, Boynton Beach, FL 33435 to Bek's Club, Inc. dba Bek's Club Hostels.  Nurbek "Bek" Duishekeev and his wife Magneli Castillo Duran Duishekeev own the company.  They agreed to rent the house and run it as a rooming house.  The state of Florida allows 2 persons per room in a rooming house.  Bek agreed in the lease agreement that he would follow all local, county and state laws.  Bek stuffed up my house with 45 people in bunkbeds, sleeping bags and sofas.  The people staying at my house were a bunch of criminals and drug addicts.  Bek did nothing to screen these people.  Bek's Club Inc. stopped paying me the rent and then disappeared.  I flew down to Florida to find out what was going on and I found out the city shut down the operation.  These vagrants trashed my house with over $20,000 in damages.  Bek owes me $9,000 in rent payments.
