I purchased a SIM card and paid about 900bhat of my money. The SIM card did not work at all. The SIM was purchased from a TrueMove store in Bangkok. When I went in the next day with my receipt, the staff would not give me a refund. This is poor service and against Thai law. I complained to the company and Thailand's so called regulator, still with no outcome after 6 months.

I would never use TrueMove again. An aweful company.
