conversion of Airtel prepaid to Airtel postpaid

My Airtel prepaid phone no. is 9163890432 ,which I have requested to convert from prepaid to Post paid and submitted the necessary documents required by Air tel authority and collected the new sim card
for post paid connection and put into my spare phone. The verification of the submitted document and address also done and today my prepaid connection disconnected and my Post paid connection also not connected. So, I am facing a lot of problem due to my friends as well as my business clients could not contact me and I also could not reach them over phone. So, I need any of my Air tel connection as early as possible.
Pls. look into the matter on urgent basis and sort out the problem.
